What I like most about the book is the use of rhyming words. The students giggle as the teacher reads the many tongue twisting sentences and I like to encourage them to try it too. The wacky illustrations keep their attention from the first page and help to explain the silly plot and any unfamiliar words. The blue 'goo' page is always a winner! Dr Seuss makes reading fun and the students are learning as they laugh.
